In Nevada there is a two year statute of limitations from the date of injury to filing a lawsuit related to your injury. Most commonly personal injury claims are settled at the pre-litigation phase with a demand letter and some settlement negotiations. There are a few exceptions to the two year statute of limitations, however if you are personally injured you should begin treatment as soon as possible to create a well documented record of injury and treatment.

A contract is a legally binding document that laws and statutes will enforce if broken. Elements of a legally binding contract include: mutual consent expressed through a valid offer of services/goods and acceptance of that offer, adequate consideration/compensation, the capacity in which the terms will be executed, and some additional terms and conditions as required by the laws of the state.
