Thomas “Toby” Fronczek, Esq.
A genuine born and raised native Las Vegan, Toby attended elementary school through law school in Southern Nevada. A graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law, he was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 2009. His prior experience includes substantial work in the area of criminal law both as a defense attorney and a prosecutor before shifting to the area of civil litigation where he has been thriving for nearly the past decade. His current areas of focus include tort litigation, contracts, real estate and personal injury.
Toby and his wife Nicole met at UNLV during their undergraduate studies and have been married for nearly 19 years. They have two fantastic mostly-grown children, and a small harmonious zoo of cats and dogs. Toby’s interests in his off time include a devoted following of his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers, and losing to both of his kids at video games. Toby and his kids have also amassed, over the past twenty years, a world-class collection of Transformers figures.
