Civil - 616 S. 8th Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101
Alex B. Ghibaudo
Senior Law Clerk
Alex spent over 15 years as a civil litigator and appellate attorney in Nevada’s state and federal courts, handling complex business disputes, family law, and select criminal and immigration matters. He now serves as our senior paralegal, where that courtroom background informs everything from case strategy to discovery and trial preparation. Known for his clear writing and practical approach, Alex focuses on building strategic, well-documented cases from day one through final judgment. He no longer practices law.
Before practicing law, Alex served as an Airborne Infantryman at the Joint Readiness Training Center in Louisiana, where he trained U.S. military units in small-unit tactics. That experience—analyzing decisions under pressure and conducting after-action reviews—continues to shape his disciplined, analytical approach to litigation.
From 2016 to 2024, Alex owned and ran a boutique Las Vegas firm, managing cases across multiple practice areas and leading clients through trial and appellate proceedings. He now practices with Flangas Law Firm’s Civil Litigation Department, handling a wide array of disputes in trial and appellate courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Outside of work, Alex is a passionate supporter of the Argentine national soccer team, a lifelong book collector, and a fluent Spanish speaker.
