Kenneth Frizzell, III, Esq.
Ken has tried over 30 felony jury trials in the Clark County District Court and over 200 trials and preliminary hearings in the Clark County Justice Courts. Additionally, Ken has practiced in all municipal Courts in Surrounding Counties and virtually all in the surrounding counties in the State of Nevada. Ken has also made appearances in many of the other courts in Clark County and around the State of Nevada., including the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada, as well as the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel in Pasadena, California. Being licensed in Utah as well, Ken has also tried several felony and misdemeanor criminal cases all over the State of Utah. Ken has been a sole practitioner in The Law Offices of Kenneth G. Frizzell, III, since August of 1998 and joined Flangas Law Firm in April of 2021. Prior to his Iicensure in Nevada, Ken has worked as a law clerk for the firms of: the Law Offices of Frank Sorrentino, Callister & Reynolds and Paul H. Schofield, Esq. While attending law school in Ohio, Ken clerked for Sremack and Jack, Co., LPA, as well as managed the Lawyer Referral Service for the Akron Bar Association.
